We made it into Glacier National Park today, and it didn’t disappoint! This is how you do a national park—Cuyahoga Valley, I’m looking at you. No bear sightings today (we did see a couple moose though!), though rangers are warning…
Glacier National Park is glorious!
Here we are at Day 11 already! What better way to spend it than at Glacier National Park? First stop on the agenda was the famous Going to the Sun Road, a 50-mile scenic route through the park.

My new favorite color is Lake Superior
It’s 12:52 AM and I’m just getting to posting now. It’s been a long, albeit amazing day. We visited Pictured Rocks National Lakeshore and it certainly didn’t disappoint.
Pictured Rocks National Lakeshore is pretty great
We just returned from a full day at Pictured Rocks National Lakeshore, which I’d never heard of until last week. We had a great time, and ran out of daylight wishing we could have spent a couple more hours there.
Cuyahoga…an unusual national park
Today we explored Cuyahoga Valley National Park in Ohio. Affectionately nicknamed “America’s Most Accessible National Park” Cuyahoga definitely is…different…than any of the other National Parks we’ve been to.
