Welcome to Day 18. It started innocently enough…us looking for a good cup of coffee to help us wake up on our way to Yellowstone.

We finally had a warm (relatively), sunny day at Grand Teton National Park today. So we headed out for some hiking!
Here we are at Day 17 (holy cow). We had a relaxed day and did some light hikes to some pretty lakes in the area. The weather was spectacular.
Today was an adventure of the geothermal variety in the caldera of the continent’s largest volcano. We saw geysers erupt, mud pots bubble, and boiling hot streams roll over rocks crusted with colorful bacteria.
Terrible weather today. It was cold, and the sky couldn’t decide if it wanted to drop hail or snow on us, so it alternated between the two. We spent the day at Grand Teton National Park nonetheless, but the clouds…
Howdy, cowboys and cowgirls! This is going to be a super quick update since not a whole lot happened today. The clouds have been hanging low and the weather has been a mixed bag of sorts.
We arrived in Jackson tonight to find about six inches of snow piled on the sides of the roads leading into town. It’s cold here! Thankfully the forecast calls for it to warm up so we don’t have to freeze…
